Join Sommelier Jim Santangelo, owner of Wine Academy of Utah, as we pair and present wines celebrating the “Italian Renaissance” as we taste through Italy and present various wines that are anchored in tradition of Italian winemaking. We taste wines from the North to the South of Italy, featuring a northern Pinot Grigio Ramato, central Italy Classico Riserva, and southern Primitivo. 

In this educational wine tasting you receive three sample pours of wine, small bites, printed tasting notes and professional lead 45 minute wine tasting presentation. The full Immersion Exhibit follows the tasting.

This class is open to anyone over the age of 21.
