You'll join one of Utah's foremost wine experts, Jim Santangelo, Sommelier and educator as he takes you along a delectable journey experiencing different wine regions paired with delicious small bites.

Take a trip through the glass and join me in a wine tasting exploring the French Countryside. We feature wines from the South of France as we sample a blended white based Roussanne to a magnificent Rosé finishing with a powerhouse Grenache Syrah red.

Small nibbles of apple, nut and cheese are paired, and receive printed tasting notes and a professional 90 minute presentation.
