This in-person program introduces students in a structured way to wine styles, storing and serving of wine, and food and wine matching. This is a two-day program. All wine, printed materials, and the exam is included. Printed certificates and lapel pin mailed upon receipt of exam results.
Instructional held at Urban Hill restaurant in downtown Salt Lake City, and Exam held at Ken Garff U Club at Rice Eccles Stadium. Complete details provided upon registration.
